1. As I am earning in Singapore, how can I apply for PAN?
2. AO Code details would be based on office address and people working in Singapore will not have office in India?

Getting a PAN no. in India can be as mentioned below:
1. Go to https://tin. tin.nsdl. com/pan/form49A. html
2. Select "INDVIDUAL" from the drop down in the bottom of the page.
3. Key in all the particulars required for the PAN and ur personal
particulars.
4. Select Credit Card as the mode of payment and click on SUBMIT.
5. You would be directed to the next page for payment mode selection.
Select the bank through which u wud make the payment. Its Rs. 67.
6. On authorisation of the payment Gateway u would be redirected to
the same site with acknowledgement Print form with your details and a box
for pasting the Passport photo.
7. Print the form and paste the photo in the box provided and attach
the supporting documents (like photocopy of passport/ voter id/ ) whichever
u have selected in the first page in the form in *DOCUMENTS ENCLOSED*.
8. Send it to the address given in the bottom list in the *ACKNOWLEDGE
form by Superscribing the Acknowledgement number on the envelope.*
9. *Your PAN no. would be emailed to you within 2 working days and
your PAN card would be sent to your given address in India withing 15 days.

In case of doubts, mail me I had got PAN for 4 persons like this.
