Dear Raaj, If you are working in Singapore, obviously paying taxes in
Singapore, why would you want to get a PAN number in India? Neverthless, its
good to have.
However, if you have somone in India who can assist you in this, you may
send the application through them to apply and you'd get it in 4-6 weeks.
