Again, I agree its the smokers who are losing but is anyone compelling them
to do? Its actually an option to someone to either smoke or not to smoke. No
one is compelling to smoke, nor is the government. Infact we see ad
campaigns by the government against smoking. It would not be right to ask
for the government to punish someone who smokes. Its lawful ain't it?
