Re: [EZLINK] Re: anyone interested in other than jobs, room rent,...
Hi Friends,
I did nt want to divert the topic, but I think there is a need to raise my
concern in this scenario.
See. In this society, rather than smoking and drinking I believe - there is
no absolute discipline to follow for their personal life.
Atleast smoking and drinking affects only themselves. Smokers knows the
consequences pretty well and continuing to do so, but my viewpoint is
"Orphanage", especially old age home. Even recently I visited to old age
home where I could hear lot of sad stories about their children and each and
every elderly person is longing for love and affection. They are all crossed
our age and enjoyed their life and atlast they are left all alone @ Old age
home.
Nowadays, I heard people saying that their responsibility ends once they
send currencies to their parents and they dont give any privilege which they
are longing for. They require Our love and affection @ this age.
Some people still scare to send their parents to old age home, but treating
them as if they are untouchables and fit for nothing. Please
understand... becuase of them only -- we are all grown up and living our
life sophistically.
Here, my standpoint is not to blame everyone. Still there are persons, who
do give respect for their parents and treating them and supporting them in a
good manner, but the percentage getting different when compared to older
days.
Friends...please think --- we will also become old at one point of time in
our life. Try not to ignore them. Talk with them. Spend quality time with
them. Respect them. Give love and affection to them.
Friends, if possible, spend your birthdays / wedding day / diwali / other
special occasions either with the Orphan Kids or with the elderly left alone
people. You can see the real happiness in their eyes. You can sponsor any
kids' education or for their food. It will be a peanut from our pocket, but
lighting a life for them.
I appreciate who are already doing these kind of services. I welcome for the
new contributors... Let us start.......
Thanks for your patience.
Cheers,
Arun.
