[EZLINK] Accomodation needed for a person in and around Tanjong Pagar for six months

Greetings. For all of our Indian Friends, Brothers&sisters,
wishing you a happy and prosperous new year as a first wish of warm
welcome.
My friend's brother is visiting Singapore on a student pass for a
period of six months .He hails from Chennai and was working for
Pentamedia and other organizations in Multimedia related areas.
He will be engaged in a multi media course which is located at
*Shenton way* for a period of six months.
Any Information related to accommodation such as Paying guests,
Mens Hostels,and other sources are highly welcome and would be
thankful if you can either contact me thru e-mail or phone to share
your valuable suggestions.
Since his stay is limited for a short period, he would not be in
a position to pay the brokerage and others which is abiding the common
Terms and conditions.
As a part of security norms , details such as passport copies,
student pass copy and his related information about his courses can be
furnished for more convenience.
