Job Description
PeopleSoft Student Admin System skills
Coursework in the PeopleSoft Student Administration or other Student Administration product software is a strong plus. The Student Administration Lead must have 5-7 years experience working in a university with Student Administration software. Campus PeopleSoft SA implementation experience is preferred. The candidate must have experience with the application implementation life cycle, including: requirements analysis, gap analysis, application configuration, systems integration, product enhancement and support. The Student Administration Lead must also possess: excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate needs, analyze data; organizational and leadership skills, and; strong interpersonal skills.
Roles:
(1) Functional Lead & Functional Consultant
Involve/lead the functional development including the system analysis, planning, design, development and support of the client's PeopleSoft Student Administration system
(2) Programmer & Programmer Analyst
Provide PeopleSoft development and support using PeopleTools, PeopleCode, SQR, Process Scheduler, Data Mover, Application Engine, Application Messaging; develop technical specifications and document programs; work with DBA's, functional and technical analysts; fixes, upgrades and installations with Data Center DBA's; development of programs; supporting the preparation of time & cost estimates for proposed customizations, upgrades and other project activity; producing deliverables to ensure quality and expectations for standards are met; support ongoing implementations, upgrades for PeopleSoft Student Administration.
