[EZLINK] Network-IT Helpdesk(Cable Specialist)
IT Helpdesk / Customer Support
We urgently require IT Helpdesk / Customer Support. You will be based
in Singapore.
1.At least an ITE cert in Electronic/Electrical Engineering
2.Able to communicate well in English/Mandarin
3.Understanding of structured cabling and infrastructure (Cabling
Certifications are an advantage)
4.Knowledge of networking products ie. switches, routers and cabling
patch panels
Network Operations:
1.Network cabling and patching to network devices.
2.Labelling, mapping, tracing and tidying up of cables for projects
3.Liasing with all cable contractors and main building cabling
providers ie Equinix, Singtel, Starhub, Lantrovision etc
4.Prepare quotations, upon receiving cabling/rack requirements from
projects, to cabling contractors to start cabling work and work with
contractors till the work is done
5.To supervise contractors on cabling standards following Client's
requirements
