Dear All,
Currently we are looking forward for Hyperion Datawarehousing consultants for 1yr contract positions in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia. The details are as :
Minimum 2 years working experience in multidimensional database management system – Essbase
2 years working experience in Hyperion Performance Suite / OLAP Concept / Unix AIX is an added advantage
Strong Datawarehouse / Datamart knowledge
Base SAS (optional)
The Job
Production Support standby; Problem investigation and solving.
Respond and attend to problem reported by the agent. Advise vendor on the solution.
Assist in performing Data Recovery with the guidance from senior staff or project owner.
Update problem status and details into Remedy and provide logs for analysis.
Assist in Root Cause Analysis process.
Understand the SLA and be able to meet.
Provide first line support to business queries and problem reported.
This position is open for all Nationalities.
