QA/Testing - Assistant Vice President

You will be responsible for managing and delivering the company's
software testing requirements. These include developing and managing
enterprise-wide testing strategies, methodologies and framework; forging
close partnerships with external software testing vendors to ensure high
quality deliverables and meet dynamic testing demands; verifying test
case designs and results to ensure testing effectiveness across all
testing streams; as well as tracking and managing testing progress for
timely deliverables.
You should be a University graduate with at least 5 years relevant
working experience in a similar capacity. Experience in participating in
the execution of at least 2 software testing life cycles of significant
complexity is essential. Equipped with a high analytical ability, you
should be experienced in software testing approaches and methodologies.
Possessing good vendor management skills, you should also have in-depth
knowledge of test design, construction, execution reporting and test
case automation. In addition, you should be a self-motivated and
confident individual with good communication and interpersonal skills.
