Get down at Tekka market Bus top, opsite side you will see a lane,
where flowers / garland are available, enter into that lane, just after couple of
shops on left side you find a store (i forgot the name), there you can get these
items, he may charge you S$3/ - for safty valve (bit costly but can't help).
