From the information given by Chinna Thambi I enquired abt the cargo in serangoon plaza. I dont remember the name exactly may be ACX cargo. per kg 2.70/- and 80/- documentation charge. One more rule with them is The person who sends from here only should receive there from airport. They gave 52kg big box and asked to fill it. For that box cost is 220/- including doc fee.
I enquired abt singpost also. There for 20kgs it is 90/-.
