[EZLINK] Re: Need recipe to prepare Brocolli

hi,

one way of preparing is chinese noodles style. u can get koka
noodles in ntuc. on a medium flame in a wok put oil, some chopped
onions, garlic, little salt, pepper and broccoli fry for 1-2mins and
add corn flour mixed with water (prepare it upfront) and lastly with
noodles (follow instructions on koka noodle packet) u can add other
veggies if u want.

western style is: cook pasta. in a wok add olive oil and butter then
veggies like broccoli (cooked mushroom and potato) on a medium flame
if u fry the veggies in a butter flavour is gd and crisp. if u have
basil/oregano leaves (masterfoods can get in ntuc) add that when u
fry veggies. last add pasta sauce cook and add cooked pasta.
(pasta with fried fish goes a gd complete meal - if u r non-veg then
u can fry DORY FISH in oilve oil with basil and oregano dry leaves
powdered coarse and salt, pepper and while serving add cooked pasta
sauce on it)

then indian style - u can add broccoli in mixed veggies at the last
when all the veggies r cooked. and fast and easy way is with
dal/palak u can have fried broccoli as accompainment. broccoli is
rich in folic acid and should not fry too much and do not add hing
powder in any veggies.
well i know my explanation sounds confusing but am not chef. hope it
helps:)
