[EZLINK] Wanted- Accounts Executive
Dear all,
Currently we are looking for Accounts Executive with the following requirements:
Key responsibilities include:
• Arrange for vendor payments, liaise with overseas and local vendors regarding all clarifications relating to the invoices, follow up and handle reconciliation of the statement of accounts and the books.
• Coding and posting of receipts and payments to Microsoft Great Plains
• Day-to-day cash management and maintenance of credit utilization
• Prepare the weekly cash flow movement report and monthly cash flow projection
• Tracking of forex, interest rate and fuel exposure
• Knowledge of Microsoft Great Plains will be added advantage
• Preparation of quarterly GST return and assist in tax compliance work
• Help in monthly closing and finalisation of accounts
Applicants should fulfill the following requirements:
• Diploma in Accountancy/ Business/ LCCI Diploma or equivalent qualifications
• With at least 2 to 3 years' working experience in Account related work
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Proficient in PC applications, especially in MS Excel
• Ability to work independently, and adopt a well organised, logical approach in a fast paced environment is highly regarded
• Preferably able to start work immediately or within short notice
