Thanks for such a nice detail mail. Now I am really confused, getting mix response from the group.
Problem is that I have already accpet the offer and now not in position to nego any more.
I dont know is it a good offer or not.. I have 7 year of experiences.. and my skills are oracle and d2k
And also my wife is pregnent and due in Jun07, so need to think a lot now.......

As suggested by group friends, it depends on your perspective.
According to my experience, now the rents are shooting up. You can get 2+1
HDB for 1100k or 1000 k minimum. It again depends on your temparament. If
you want fully furnished or partly furnished or no furnishing is required -
this may reduce according to your requirement.
Second, it depends on the area where you are searching for the flat. If you
want nearby MRT station or heart of the City to enjoy your singpoare life
and need access to City frequently, then you need to pay more.
Third, PUB ( Public Utility Bill - incl of Gas/Electricity/Water ) - as you
know - it is also depending on your usage and sophistication. Certain
persons will live in Aircon and certain - wont. So, decide yourself.
Last but not least, my suggestion is that once you dont have kids, you can
live a good and qualilty life in Singapore, but you should consider your
future plans also. If you plan for your kid soon, please save and then plan
for it. Because, medical and hospital expenses are too expensive. It is my
pure personal experience. I am struggling to manage with my pregnant wife
and planning very seriously for our baby.
So, plan and decide accordingly. But one more suggestion. If you have
decided to go abroad and have your carrier to be enhanced, then it is better
to suffer in the starting period. Then, after that your life will be
brighter.
