Hi Atul,
I have also pass from the same problems and I went to the case trust.
what I will advice you is juts write down all the story start from beginning to MOM.
They will list the email address @ website.
They will reply u in 3 to 5 days and at the same time they will fwd the matter to Agency Licensing dept. and Consumer-court which is case trust.
And they will guide you how to proceed further.
