Dont get confused... Others can give you so many suggestions and advices...
But it is your life...

You are going to live every moment.... Better think deeply and analyse for
next 5 years at least down the line and analyse the countries job market
comparatively and then decide accordingly....

Better write down the pros and cons on the piece of paper and analyse it
thorughly... Dont only look at in Monetary perspective... Write down the non
monetary aspects also and do better analysis and come for a good and
constructive solution...
