SQA Engineers/Testers: Responsibilities:
Job Details:Facilitate the definition/implementation of IT Quality Management System
using the CMMi model as well as objectiveky evaluate processes/work
products and provide independent visibility to the management on the
processes/work products derivation in the area of application management
and service management.
- facilitate the definition and implementation of a quality management
system in the IT department using the selected CMMI model
- Lead the assessment and identification of thekey process areas of work
carried out by the IT department, especially for work carried out by the
software development and the infrastructure/computer operation teams
- Lead the definition, documentation and implementation of those identified
key process areas
- Lead the adequacy check of documented processes against the CMMI Model
and deployment verification of IT work activities against defined processes
- Participate in software development projects as Project SQA and QA
Auditor by conducting compliance check, configuration audit and QA audit on
projects
- Train IT staff, users and other stakeholders in the company on quality
assurance in software development
Requirements:
- Basic Degree in IT related discipline
- Between 3-5 years of project experience
- Between 2-4 years of SQA / testing related eperience, must have CMMI implementation
experience and auditing skills (Compulsory)
