investment bank for their Windows Help Desk (24x7)support team.

Skills Required
===============
1. Excellent working knowledge of Windows XP Workstation and
Enterprise Network environment.
2. Experience of providing 2nd level support for Windows based
Information Systems in a corporate environment.
3. Experience of working in a full-time customer-facing role
4. Good experience on MS Office and XP, specifically: Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook
5. BMC - Remedy (or similar problem management system)
6. Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
