Core skill set are :
--> Sourcing the required profiles (IT) - through Personal Contacts, Jobsites, Internal references, Head Hunting, Emails.
--> Scrutinizing based on suitability of the Profile for the Company's requirements based on the experiences in the industry, skills, assignments handled, Communication skills.
--> Telephonic screening of applicants to assess
Technical competence
Credentials
Attitude
--> Coordinating and scheduling further rounds and all follow up action thereafter with the Sales Team.
--> Monitoring and maintaining Profiles and Track Sheet for every technology and also building a pipeline for future requirements.
--> Actively participating in Building a strong Client Database, Monitoring of vacancies arising with in the organization and Sourcing Profiles for the same in consultation with the Heads.
