Infact you can call the contact number at NSDL site and ask for the contact details of the closest office from your residence.
They will ask you to have your relatives submit the filled form( which you can download from net) at the office with INR67.00 ( this is for change request)
If you insist that you have no one there, then they will ask you to post the form along with a cheque of INR 67.00
