[EZLINK] Required CRM Solution Architects for Leading Japanese MNC (MLIT172)

Hi Friends,
I am looking out for professionals for the following position based in
Singapore for a leading Japanese Client. Please find the job requirements
below:
Solution Architect - CRM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

*          Works with industry vertical sales and solution teams to sell to
targeted accounts

*          Assumes a client-facing, solution architect role in pre-sales and
delivery exercises

*          Applies knowledge of client's strategic direction, business goals
and needs to identify CRM opportunities

*          Provides consulting methodologies for obtaining and defining
business solutions for Customer Relationship Management

*          Leads in scoping and pricing of engagements to ensure successful
achievement of customer's and organization's objectives



Leads solution team in the:

*          Assessment of client's current CRM business needs, processes &
architecture

*          Definition of the desired CRM solution to meet future business
needs

*          Communicates with clients at senior levels and cultivates a
continuing relationship with senior sponsors and operational stakeholders

*          Establishes relationship with solution partners and keeps abreast
of third party partnering parameters; includes or initiates required
involvement in the solution

*          Maintains personal credibility and industry knowledge of current
directions and future trends for CRM

*          Builds professional contacts and leads through speaking,
publishing, and participation in professional organizations

*          Performs on-the-job training and mentors team members





PERSON SPECIFICATION



Qualification          : Degree/Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent



Skills:



*          Solution architect with experience in the implementation of
successful major CRM engagements

*          Proven delivery experience in CRM Architecture design &
implementation

*          Familiarity with various CRM products and solutions (SAP CRM,
Siebel etc.)

*          Consultative selling skills





Interpersonal:



o         Ability to generate clear and accurate documentation

o         Effective planning and communication skills

o         Possess a high level of motivation and initiative.

o         Able to work independently.
