The desired candidates should have exposure in all flavours of Unix and Windows
Flavours of Unix : HP Ux, Solaris,IBM Aix
Must Have : Admin and Parameter tuning of either IBM Websphere or BEA Weblogic
Minimum 2 years relevant work experince in administration and tuning of App server space
