We are urgently looking for DBA's for a US MNC and it is a permanent opportunity with them.
Responsibilities
Support Oracle 8i/9i Database and Oracle 11i Applications on Sun Solaris/Linux in a Global Datacentre
Main tasks include Oracle Database Management, Oracle ERP
Application System Administration, Database Patch Management,
Oracle Applications Patch Management, support in Database
Performance and Tuning, Monitoring, Backup and Recovery
Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information
Technology
At least 3 years experience in 8i/9i Oracle Database and 11i Oracle
Applications System Administration
Experienced on Sun Solaris Environment, Linux Environment. Korn
Shell Scripting, Oracle Database Tuning, SQL Tuning. Oracle Tools
and Utilities
Experienced in RMAN deployment, Oracle Enterprise Management
deployment, Web Development Projects and Oracle Database
Security implementation are good to have.
