[EZLINK] Deepavali with Old Age folks in Bukit Batok
Dear All
We can celebrate festivals in many ways, but what about the old folks
who stay in old age homes or single room flats discarded by their own
childran? They dont need anything other than ppl who can spend some
time with them and make them happy. You will feel touched when they
actively participate in some cultural activities in this age.
On 20th Oct. 2006, Friday (Deepavali Eve), we schedule to have the
following programs for them. Basically the itinerary revolves
around seving dinner and supper to the residents and a display of
cultural programs lined up for them. Both young and young @ heart
can have some fun with sparklers too.
20th Oct.2006 between 5.00pm to 9.00pm

5.00 p.m -- Dinner will be served.
6.00 p.m -- Cultural Show
7.00 p.m -- Supper will be served.
8.00 p.m -- Fun with sparklers.
9.00 p.m -- Bid Farewell
