Hi Shyam,
I am not basically from Bangalore but was there for 2 yrs. Its a
good city people there are really good.
You can go in dec. you can go to Forum mall really good, Bangalore
central, Amoeba (for bowling), M G road (specially on weekends),
Vidhan Soudha (on sunday it will be lighted), can go to kids kemp
near airport road bit costly but can see huge statues of lord shiva
and shree ganesh, Vishveshwaraiya Museum, Can go to mysore (3 hrs
journsy from bangalore u can get either train or bus).
There are so many good restaurants specially-Tandoor (north
indian), nandini (south indian) or any sagar chain (sukh,shanti...),
you will get good Manchurian in Bangalore.
Regarding Sarees you can either visit KTDC (bit reasonable), Angadi
silks (costly but good colletion of sarees) or Chikpet (have heard
that you can get cheap sarees if you know proper shops there)
