[EZLINK] Required Desktop Support/Network Engineers for our MNC Client.
Hi all,
We are looking for Desktop Support/Network Engineers with following
Experience for a MNC client.
POSITION: OnSite Engineer
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of desktop onsite support experience ;
Experienced in Microsoft Windows 2003 problem determination and
troubleshooting;
Experienced in corporate network client troubleshooting;
Experienced in internet connections, antivirus software;
Experienced in desktop hardware support and servicing
Experienced in OS related topics eg. DHCP, DNS, Proxy etc ;
Candidates are expected to work after office hours and some weekends.
ADVANTAGE ( Good to have/ Not a must)
Experience in a vendor environment with frontend interaction with
customers ;
Technical certifications in MS OS eg. MCSE 2000, MCSE 2003, MCSA or
MCP;
Technical certification in CCNA and CCNP.
Location : Singapore
Duration : 12 months extendable Contract.
Start Date ASAP.
