[EZLINK] WINDOWS DESKTOP ENGG: SINGAPORE

Hi,

we have a open position for ONSITE ENGG (WINTEL AND DESKTOP )

Position AVAILABLE : OnSite Engineer
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Respond to Helpdesk requests;
- Visit user's workstation;
- Perform problem determination and resolution;
- Update Helpdesk on problem status and escalation requirement;
- Get user signoff on Service Report.

REQUIREMENTS

- Minimum ITE (NITEC-2) Electrical and/or Electronics;
- At least 1 year of desktop onsite support experience ;
- Experienced in Microsoft Windows 2003 problem determination and
troubleshooting;
- Experienced in corporate network client troubleshooting;
- Experienced in internet connections, antivirus software;
- Experienced in desktop hardware support and servicing
- Experienced in OS related topics eg. DHCP, DNS, Proxy etc ;
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision ;
- Excellent customer service mindset ;
- Good initiative and communication skills ;
- Proactive, tactful, pleasant personality, a team player ;
- Good spoken and written English ;
- Candidates are expected to work after office hours and some weekends

ADVANTAGE

- Experienced in a vendor environment with frontend interaction with
customers ;
- Technical certifications in MS OS eg. MCSE 2000, MCSE 2003, MCSA or
MCP;
- Technical certification in CCNA and CCNP
