[EZLINK] Any one Know Oracle, TNS: protocol adapter error.

*I've installed 8i Database and sometimes it runs and sometimes it gives the
error ORA-12560 : TNS: protocol adapter error.
How to solved this error. If someone can help me out then that will be
great.
