Requirements
Should have at least 5-6 years experience working in the Banking industry- preferably Investment banking
Should have functional knowledge working on money market, foreign exchange, funds transfer.
Experience in coordination between Business Partners and technology groups throughout the lifecycle of a requirement.
Must have experience/exposure to project management processes including, financial reporting, developing and managing project standards and approaches for planning and scheduling, documentation, project files and management reports.
Should have experience on generation of functional specifications including screen designs, use cases, and exception handling
Must have worked on generating technical specifications including design specifications and test specifications
Good Analytical, Communication and Modeling skills are essential
Hands-on experience in using tools to specify processes and workflows

Position: Banking Functional Consultant-Treasury & Capital Market (Job Code TCBKCNNOV06)

Requirements
§ Good understanding of Treasury Banking and /or Financial Environments. A strong background on derivative products is a must
§ Fluent in spoken Mandarin Chinese. Ability to write is preferred but not essential
§ Good understanding of the implementation, development and customizations requirements
§ Must have experience on C, VB and Unix
§ Practical expertise on banking products like Globus, Wallstreet, Orbit, Misys
§ Excellent working knowledge and understanding of financial industry and standard interfaces such as SWIFT.
§ Able to construct, facilitate and deliver client presentations, product workshops and trainings

Position: System Analyst-SmallTalk- Derivatives (Job Code SYANSMTKNOV06)

Requirements:
2+ years of work experience with a capital markets firm.
Strong knowledge of derivative products, especially interest rates derivatives
Strong understanding of business processes
Experience in Windows NT, Unix / Unix scripting, Microsoft Excel, VBA
Object Oriented programming & concepts
Experience in Smalltalk/Java/C++
Experience in Microsoft Excel / VBA, Relational Databases
Responsibilities:
The candidate will form part of a small team providing first line support for the Asia Pacific Interest Rate Derivatives business covering Front Office & Middle Office users across multiple locations (Japan, Asia ex-Japan).
Establishes working relationships with Front and Middle Office users for the derivatives businesses in Asia Pacific (mainly TOK, SIN and HKG) and with Application Developers working within the Interest Rate Derivative Technology department in other locations
Provide training on business applications to users
Clearly understand client's business he or she is responsible for and recommend, provide, and support application service that best fit client's current and future needs
Communicate status with end users at all times
Act as the first point of support for application incidents

Requirements § Experience managing Banking application/ integration projects with at least 5 to 7 years experience in Project Manager position.
§ Must have experience to project management processes including, financial reporting, developing and managing project standards and approaches for planning and scheduling, documentation, project files and management reports.
§ Should have handled projects in Retail banking with revenues over 6 million.
§ Experience on banking product implementation like Flexcube, Finacle, Symbol, Silverlake, Midas etc will be an added advantage
§ Must possess solid experience in Banking Domain, dealing with large and complex environment.
§ Proven background in project management for the delivery of the full life cycle for custom applications development.
§ Experience in working collaboratively with senior management, business users and diverse technical resources
§ Demonstrated success in building and managing culturally diverse teams
5. Position: Functional Consultant – Core Banking (Job Code FNCNBKNOV06)

Location: Central Singapore
Role
Provide functional configuration expertise

Formulate solutions for functional requirements
Support system configuration
System and Integration testing
Definition of business & functional requirements
Design and implementation of business processes
Identify impacts & formulate solutions for proposed process changes
Training, procedures, integration and acceptance testing
Able to undertake 1st Level Defect Diagnosis, will require customer participation and 2nd Level defect Replication of Defect or the company Product issues encountered
Requirements
A breadth and depth of understanding of, and experience in, regional banking operation specific to core banking is a must.
Must have experience on atleast 3 complete banking product implementation like Flexcube, Finacle, Symbol, and Silverlake etc. Experience on Midas/MidasPlus/Equation will be an added advantage
Strong experience in mapping business requirements to functional capabilities, identifying gaps and omissions and designing end-to-end business process solutions.
Must be able to independently run business process workshops [requirements design and configuration workshop]
Must have the ability to structure deliverables to maximize reuse and standardization where applicable.
Lead the change request process for initiation to delivery
Must have experience working with client or 3rd parties to gather interface details for To Be environment, work through interface issues and assist client and 3rd parties in interface issue resolution
An ability to create & manipulate schedules using a recognized tool such as MS Project
Detailed experience in interface analysis and functional requirements documentation
Ability to work remotely, directly with client or 3rd parties, and with offshore implementation team
Strong self-starter and adherence to deadlines required
