One of my client is looking for consultants with the following
skills.
You will work in close partnership with the Sales and Services
Delivery team to provide services from Solutions architecturing,
process to solution mapping and solutions customization to post-
implementation enablement training. You will work closely with
customers to perform analysis of customer business processes and
requirement and subsequently to recommend the best business process
and configure the applications.
To succeed in this position, you should have a strong interest and
background in business process consulting coupled with strong
functional foundation in the respective areas of specialization. You
should have at least 5 years of related experience to advocate best
practices and Change management processes to customers during the
implementation stage. You should possess strong domain knowledge in
the respective areas:
a) Oracle Apps 11i Manufacturing Functional Consultant:
- At least two full life cycle deployment of Oracle
Applications 11i in a consulting environment.
- 3-5 years extensive experience in Oracle Applications 11i
- Hands on implementation experience of INV, BOM, ENG, WIP,
MRP, OM, PO, COSTING QUALITY.
- Experience in Mapping and re-engineering of business
processes.
- Creation of user requirements and functional specifications
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle SCM applications is desired.
- Knowledge of various manufacturing methods and concepts is
desired
The ideal incumbents should demonstrate strong analytical ability
and implementing solution deliverables as well as providing
technical advice to project managers and development teams. Good
customer relationship management skills, excellent interpersonal and
communication skills, both verbal and written, ability to work
independently as well as in a team are critical success factors for
this position.
