[EZLINK] Requirement for Support Analyst

Hi,

There is a requirement for Support Analyst in Production Support with
our client.

* High Importance -SQL, Operating Environment, Windows XP Desktop,
Unix/Linux Basics (cd, ls, mkdir, chmod, vi), Unix/Linux Tools (bash,
sed, awk, cron, etc), Understanding global organisations, Business
Knowledge, Service Management, Support of demanding trading
environments;
Medium-High- Sybase, Shell Scripts (sh, csh, bash etc), Oracle

Medium Importance - Perl, Protocol, FIX, Cameron, TT Connect;
Network/Communication, TCP/IP, FTP, HTTP, TIBCO Rendezvous,
Institutional Cash Equities, Electronic Trading Systems;
* Low Importance - C/C++, Java 1.4, Java Language Fundamentals,
Multi-threading and Synchronisation, Firewall, Derivative Equities,
Clearing and Settlement procedures
* Good to have : ITIL; Encryption; QuickFix
* Shift work with 100% desk coverage;
* Clear and fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
