You will have to submit an Online application to ACRA.gov.sg along with a payment of about 150 SGD. The application is simple and fairly straightforward. You may also need to have SingPass to login to the system.
Also read thro' the procedures and various documents that are available in the ACRA site.
You will have to submit a 4 line financial statement of your company every year during tax declarations.
My advise is you can start your company in year 2007, the reason being if you were to start now, you will have to declare tax (no matter what profit/loss you make) to ACRA in Mid Dec 2006.
