[EZLINK] Urgent Requirement for Lotus Notes Administrator, Location: Singapore
Dear Professionals,
Our MNC client urgently in need of Lotus Notes Administrator with the following skillset:
Provide level 2/3 support for the Notes Messaging customers (internal and external) internationally by telephone and electronic means.
Follow current change management procedures.
Implement the Notes Messaging infrastructure and services
Administer and monitor the services and the platforms at the second level support of local country platform management.
Coordinate with the others operational entities inside IT Services, such as Customer Monitoring Management And Customer Technical Support (level 1 support teams)
