you can try this.you ask your colleagues/friends, who
are regularly sending money to India.(many of us sends
money often to India). you arrange to transfer Indian
Rupees to their account in India and collect
equivalent Sing Dollars from your friends. this is
simple and you will be benefited in exchange rate
also.(if you buy sing dollars in banks, you will get
less exchange rate)
