Mr Guru nothing personal to you but its a kindly advice that dont pay such higher rates for a 2 BR condo or any other house ....
rents are increasing rapidly and to some extent we indian expats are responsible as well.
a 2 BR condo desrves only max 1500$...... Please dont pay such higher rents...........
House Owners/Property agents are creating hype and taking advantage so please be careful. Try to get accomodation from friends/contacts who are moving out after checking their last rental paid.
