Dear All,
Currently we are looking for Senior Analyst, Financial System Support with the following job duties and responsibilities:
Work Summary:
This position helps to ensure the smooth functioning of companies applications and end-users reporting process. This includes support of the financial systems and applications; evaluate, review and provide solutions to improve current end-user process. The incumbent will be responsible for 2 or 3 applications and will work closely with the finance users and technical personnel from IT department.
Requirements:
1. Candidate Should possess Bachelor of IT(Software)/Finance/Business Administration with atleast 5 years of working experience in Software Consultancy or end-user business application implementation and support.
2. Related work experience in Programming, Systems Development and/or implementation support.
Responsibilities;
Manage and support various financial applications during Asia time zones
Manage helpdesk and resolve systems or users related issues in using the financial applications in a timeliness manner
Investigate the cause of the issues, document findings and identify the best course of actions
Ensure applications stability
Conduct requirement analysis on users’ new or enhancement requests and produce requirement specification documents
Discuss with users on enhancement requests and prepare proper documentation on the enhancement requests
Liaise with internal/external auditors on yearly audit activities
Review and evaluate systems/softwares that meet business requirements and present findings to business users
Assist in system testing, design, user acceptance test and implementation of newly developed applications or enhancements by working with technical staff and users
Rollup new application or enhancements to local and overseas users
Assist in period closing, year-end closing, reporting, budgeting and forecasting activities
Conduct training to end users on the financial applications
Create/update new user guides, training materials and procedures for the application
