U can go to shirdi from Mumbai also n pune also..
from both places u have private travels buses that take u to shirdi..
generally people go in such a way that they get the morning aarti which begins at 5am i guess...
from pune it takes 5 hrs to reach shirdi...and buses ply from 9:30 onwards..ticket is arond 150-200 Rs depending on AC or non AC...
abt mumbai rates im not sure..but shud be another 100 more than pune i guess...
