[EZLINK] Need 1 Bedroom / Studio Apartment for 1-2 Months
Hi All,
I am looking for furnished 1 Bed-Room or Studio apartment. I am
reaching Singapore on 8th January. Here are my requirements.
Must Have
----------
1. One furnished Bed-Room with attached bath
a. Bed, Mattress
b. Air Conditioner
c. Cupboard
d. Study Table/Chair
2. 24 Hrs unlimited Internet connection. (I have wi-fi card so
internet through wireless router is also okay)
3. Not in a vicinity where there is smell of non-veg/sea food (Sorry,
no offence meant. It is just that I can't stand the smell of non-veg
food)
4. Privacy
5. Neat & Clean
Good-To-Have

1. Near Little-India
2. Near MRT Station
3. Small Pantry
4. Television
5. Near Library
6. Option of Vegetarian north Indian meals can be considered.
7. Separate Entry/Exit
The purpose of coming is to look for job opportunities in Singapore .
I am holding PR status in Singapore and will prefer an accommodation
where there is no interference. In return I assure a hassle-free
stay. I'll be taking the accommodation initially for one month and
may extend it later.
