madan i do agree with you, first thing they ask abt
our profession if we are a IT prof. they hike the
rental by 200 - 300$, I saw a 3 room HDB near
Tampines, the agent tried to convince the house owner
to ask for 1200$,
mostly Indian agents do hike the rental and convince
the house owners as they think we earn $$$$$.
