Re: [EZLINK] Why there is a Sudden EXPLOSION in HDB rentals rates ????

Dear all,

Be alert with some agents. The agent themselve arrange
to view the house by his own freind together with us
as a viewer.

The Agent's Friend (act as viewer) asking(pretend) the
agent by showing his interest and also high rent also
no problem as the facilitis are very good and etc.,

This is one of the method the agent pumping up the
rent. Please be alerted with this agent.
