Operations Support Analyst (Trading Floor)-Permanent Placement
Responsibilities
The Operations Support Analyst (Trading Room) provides technology
infrastructure services and support to the trading room users. You are
the point of contact to users in problem resolution and will be
responsible to review, report, escalate and resolve errors/queries
reported by users. You need to ensure compliance to operating standards,
procedures and security policy.
Qualification/Skills
* At least 3 – 4 years systems support experience in a trading
floor environment
* Prior working experience in providing IT desktop/system support in
a big financial services organization preferred.
* Effective communication skills and ability to maintain customer
relationships.
* Strong support knowledge of Market Data systems such as Bloomberg
and Reuters.
* Hands on Wintel servers administration an support preferred.
* Must be a team player
