Role : Messaging Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Perform daily system administrator on Messaging related infrastructure.
- Provide technical support on Messaging production related issue/requests.
- Maintain an effective working relationship with key departments, business unit, and local site contacts.
- Participate in daily production status calls and meetings.
- Complete or verify that standard backups and integrity checks are completed according to predetermined schedules
Essential Skills:
4+ years in any Enterprise-level IT environment (Essential)
2+ years of Microsoft Exchange 5.5 experience in Enterprise-level environment (Essential)
2+years of Microsoft Exchange 2000/2003 in Enterprise-level environment (Essential)
1+years of scripting/coding experience in Enterprise-level environment (Desirable)
Investment Banking experience will be added advantage
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
In-depth knowledge of Windows NT, 2000/2003 (Essential)
MS Exchange 5.5/2000/2003 (Essential)
Windows Active Directory (Essential)
Windows Clustering (Desirable)
NetIQ (Desirable)
Blackberry Enterprise (Desirable)
Scripting/coding, e.g., VB, Perl, Java, etc. (desirable)
In-depth knowledge of UNIX (desirable)
BUSINESS/SOFT SKILLS
Excellent oral and written communication skills (Essential)
