[EZLINK] *No Agent Fees* Room for rent
Hi all,
Criteria for rental:
Master room with attached bathroom. Rental fee $450 for single with simple cooking, not everyday cooking.
$500 for 2 person with simple cooking. Non-a/c. Those working in the northern zone (woodlands, sungei kadut, sembawang, yishun)
may call at 92389304. Those working in the central, southern areas need not call. Journey from Woodlands to central is about 40-50 mins.
Suitable tenants, may negotiate the rental. Contract terms, should be 6 mths to 1 year stay. I don't want anything lesser. No agents fees. Rental and advance rental should be given on the day the tenant shifts in. PLEASE CALL IF ONLY YOU ARE SUITABLE TO THESE CRITERIAS.
