[EZLINK] Opening for Problem & Change Coordinator
Hi All,
We have an immediate opening for Problem & Change Coordinator.
Location: Singapore
Skiils:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience as Problem & Change Coordinator.
(1) Handle Problems by being the customer's primary interface into the problem process and represents their interests and organisation needs to meet service commitments through activities including
a. Tracking open problems and identifying any problem that requires increased focus to meet committed service levels
b. Monitoring unassigned and reassigned problems and taking action if appropriate
c. Handling day-to-day problem issues and escalating the Problem Resolver Groups as required to bring the resolution of the problems back on schedule
d. Assisting in reassignment of misdirected problems
e. Providing problem resolution status as requested
f. Validating problem severity if required, or assisting with correcting invalid problem severity
g. Revising problem resolution target time as required, up to a maximum defined extension period, based on business justification
h. Ensuring the quality and accuracy of problem inform
8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, but has to be on-call 24x7.
