[EZLINK] Re: Planning a trip to Cameron ---Tips Please - Sonali - GENTING HIGHLANDS

Hi Sonali (and other members),

I missed out the Buddhist Temple in Genting Highland. This is another place
to visit..

As you travel up the Mountain top (closing in to the Resorts World Hotel)
you will see a Pagoda, (just like how you see in Chinese Garden Singapore).

Well that is actually a Buddhist temple and it is said the Buddha statue
there is the 3rd largest statue in the world (infomation not verified :) )

You cannot see the statue from the roadside. You have to walk thru the
Pagoda and walk alongt he temple grounds. Buddha is hidden inside. Very
serene ambience and please maintain silence there. The statue overlooks the
ravine. A magnificient Buddha i must say.

Beautiful scenery. Try to get there early morning. :) As usual, pray for me
too ok?

Regards
Sham
