1. IDMS System Analyst (7 vacancies)
Key Responsibilities:
To involve in system analysis, system design, system quality assuring,
gathering requirements from users, maintaining application systems
and project management.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualification : Degree/Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
Technical Skills:
• Atleast 2 years real time experience in IDMS
• At least 4 years working experience in IBM Mainframe MVS/ESA
Operating Environment
• Atleast 5 to 6 years experience in IT
• Must have at least 3 to 4 years experience in system analysis,
system design and system quality assurance
• Able to work independently in gathering requirements from users,
designing, implementing, maintaining application systems and project
management.
• Has experience in medium size IT projects in career
2. IDMS Analyst Programmer (7 Vacancies)
Key Responsibilities:
To involve in coding and design of internal applications using
mainframe technologies
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Qualification : Degree/Diploma in Computer Studies or equivalent
Technical Skills:
• At least 2 years working experience in the following environment
i) DBMS : IDMS
ii) Operating Environment : IBM Mainframe MVS/ESA
• Able to write programs using at least one of the following
programming languages :
i) Cobol / Cobol II / DC Cobol
ii) IDMS Cobol
iii) Easytrieve Plus
iv) IDMS Easytrieve Plus
v) ADSA/ADSO/IDD
• Able to perform simple analysis and design work
For both positions the following applies:
Interpersonal:
• Good Communication skills in English
