Jayant, I would suggets you take up a group tour to Langkawi n Genting. You
could check out the website http://www.singaporetours.com.sg/159018.page to
find a list of travel agents who can arrange them. The travel could be by
road or air, depending on your choice. Again, the packages will come with a
choice of hotels which you may opt depending on your preferences. Believe
me, going through the travel agents give you more choices and most
importantly and competitive prices.
In Langkawi, the must see places are the Underwater world, which can be
accessed by a local Cab and the Hot Springs though there are a few others as
well to check out. The water games are great here, like snorkelling, water
skiing, etc. The travel agents can help you on these at the time of booking
itself.
Genting is known for its theme park and the casino. The two are awesome!
